No idea why...

... but even smaller reinvestments like this are more fun for me than the normal savings rate. Even though I know that this is actually nonsensical. This shows once again what a strong factor the psyche is when it comes to finances.

I feel the same way. With savings plans, it all looks extremely boring. With a manual purchase, you feel better because you've made an active decision and invested something in addition to the regular savings plan. 😉
