Guten Nachmittag allerseits, ich schaue sehr gespannt auf die Zahlen von $ABNB heute Abend und wie sich das Geschäft entwickelt hat. Bleiben sie eine Cashmaschine? Macht ihnen das Verbot von Ferienwohnungen in manchen Urlaubsorten wie Großstädten in Spanien zu schaffen? Wie entwickelt sich die Event Branche? … Lasst uns gerne ein wenig diskutieren. I am looking forward to the figures from $ABNB (+0.58%) tonight and how the business has developed.

Will they remain a cash machine?

Is the ban on vacation rentals in some vacation destinations such as major cities in Spain causing them problems?

How is the event industry developing?

As a simultaneous user, I always ask myself when the point comes where it becomes too expensive and user numbers fall. Not an easy business model imo

It's all about the quiet vacation that you can create yourself. Do you want to be a mass tourist in the future? Or then AirBnB and you have your peace and quiet.

The younger generations are no longer, yes, I'm going there for 2 weeks and I'm only here. They're here today, maybe there tomorrow and somewhere else the day after tomorrow?

i'm also curious. it has already risen 14% this month.
but i also think that the world cup and olympics were not yet on the books when the last Q figures were published. these events have certainly flushed a lot of money into the coffers :)
