Cool return?

$300 (+1.66%) Hello, what do you think of the Midea Group?

I think the market for air conditioning systems, both fixed and mobile, will continue to boom. Especially in Europe.

Worth an investment?

I would always stick with the big players for something like this. Something like $6367 $8058 $SIE

@Barrd Thank you for your input. Of course I have them in mind too. I think Midea now has a head start in mobile air conditioning systems and innovation is faster with the Chinese anyway.

$8058 does not build air conditioning systems, but they do push LNG and coal around the globe, creating the need for them.

@TorteInYourFace I believe they also build air conditioning systems. At least that's what a quick Google search confirmed. But yes, investing in both and benefiting would of course also be an option šŸ˜‰

@TorteInYourFace Sure! We have one at work! It's got the name on it big and bold šŸ˜„

@Barrd Midea does much more. For example, they have taken over the German robotics specialist KUKA.

You mean $6503
I also know that there are Mitsubishi air conditioners, but there are also their cars and another store builds them.

@Barrd Big players? Hm at least Daikin is only half the size of Midea now. But yes, if you exclude everything else from Midea's sales, they would probably be roughly comparable.

The products seem to be fundamentally solid. They've only come back a bit recently because their "world's coolest AC" has formed mold... https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/it-was-the-world-s-coolest-air-conditioner-until-the-mold-recall/ar-AA1GGp8y
