I will never understand something like that... You take a shortcut knowing full well about the side effects and then when they occur, you complain.
If you have high sugar levels over a long period of time, this will eventually affect your eyesight. I'm already preparing a lawsuit. Dear God, Santa Claus, St. Mamson. They can all dress warmly...
You can still expect a little personal responsibility, can't you?

•@Daniel1212 Many eat the convenience crap, packed full of chemicals and sugar, become obese, then allegedly can't tolerate weight loss injections uuuuhhh then suddenly it's the nasty bastards of the pharmaceutical industry...you can't make up such nonsense.

•Then I'll soon be suing the tobacco industry and then all the alcohol manufacturers because my liver and lungs have been affected. Yes, they may have said it beforehand, but it's going to be so bad, for God's sake. And when I take a medication, there's always a big note in the packet with lots of words on it that you should probably read and if you take the medication, no one is forcing you to take it, then I'm responsible for it myself and I don't mind taking the risk. So I sometimes don't understand why these people get paid for it. Unless there are severe side effects that were not listed but were perhaps known in the study. That's something else, of course, but we don't know that.

•@Finanzaristokrat However, the last point will play a major role in the judgment.

•@Multibagger but that can still take years with appeals and expert opinions. Nothing is eaten as hot as it is cooked.

•I read something somewhere about a total of 2 billion. So that's the total claim against all the companies, not what Novo might have to pay. Settlements are the usual solution in such cases, with rather smaller payments than the stated sum. This is spread over years ... the bad press is currently more of a problem than the 10 portions of fries that then have to be written off. I remain invested, it's also easy to say with +100% 🤓
