Nemetschek Stock Analysis

We have $NEM (+0.04%) made a purchase in our value portfolio.

In our view, the current sell-off is excessive. We believe the barriers to market entry for competitors are relatively high. Therefore, we now see an exciting opportunity to invest in the company. However, it is, of course, completely unclear how significant the impact of AI will be.

Unfortunately, TAM is quite limited, but it's a great company in its own right.

With an FCF yield of 28.5%, free cash flow would exceed total revenue—even if revenue were projected to grow at the company’s own 14.19% CAGR through 2027.
How on earth is that supposed to work from an operational standpoint?
profile image
@Yoshika Sorry, can you explain again what you mean? How exactly can 28.5% be greater than 100%?
profile image
@fiducation
28.54% of 6.4 billion would be 1.83 billion FCF. Revenue 2027e = 1.56 billion 🙄
profile image
@Yoshika Why should the FCF yield be based on market cap?
profile image
@fiducation
What is the definition of FCF yield?
profile image
@Yoshika This obviously refers to the FCF margin, but of course, strictly speaking, the FCF yield refers to market cap, so that's a good point 👍
