Is it just me?

I always grab my head when I read posts here like "What's going on at $NDAQ (-0.87%) going on?" Or a few days ago $DTE (+0.67%) or before that $NVDA (-3.63%) . The list can certainly be continued indefinitely.

My tip would be to read the relevant business pages instead of kicker.de or Toggolino.de.

Do not share your opinion at all! Exactly for this exchange, the platform exists. If other people are very busy or simply can not find a suitable article, the question is perfectly worthwhile for the community Getquin😅 So to the people who ask these questions about individual course development, happy to continue !

@DividendCop The problem is that the people who regularly ask such questions are not interested in contributing anything of their own. The best thing to do is to collect all the data and prepare it cleanly for them.

@Variett I don't think so! I really don't think it's a bad thing if someone bluntly asks what's going on with share X. Usually 1-2 people then make a constructive comment and the topic is closed?

@DividendCop Whoever is annoyed by such contributions should just skip them.

@DividendCop find that also perfectly ok. Only with some things I would wish me before perhaps once to use the search in the community. Otherwise, perhaps only hints come as answers: "See there. Question was already answered today and yesterday and the day before".

@DividendCop but most of the time not one person asks but 3-10 and those are also too lazy to use the search function.

@DividendCop exactly. That's right.

What's going on with Ronald? Dear @Kundenservice, can you turn off this community here? Because why do we need it when we can google everything? :D

@renditenbulle that's not what it's about, it's about asking mindless questions because you don't feel like searching yourself. A post like "What's going on at Nvidia?" Simply shows less interest than if you ask "Quarterly figures from Nvidia were published ... Figures show ... Price is up 30% even though the outlook was only confirmed, can anyone explain why?". It would simply be desirable if one not only takes but also gives.

@Variett I'm more irritated by the naggers who have to nag about everything than those who ask mindless questions.

There could be some truth in it. Whereas for some it is just not THE topic, one must also accept, and is only done so incidentally (gamification) and GQ is the primary source of information - good for GQ!

it is just somehow only a social media portal....;) you can get upset or just live with it..... what's actually going on with the telecom share today ? ;)

Well, it's just a very one-sided "community" when some only want information but never act helpful themselves.

Sorry but if you don't have time for that, not even a few minutes of research, then you should just get an ETF and leave it at that.

But it's much easier to ask some online community and trust the hearsay there than to actually deal with the topic... #laziness

@AlterMann - I am theoretically of the same opinion. Why not do something about it right away and expand the post with helpful info? ☺️ Would there be business sites that you would recommend, for example?
I see it the same way ... Maybe Getquin should introduce 2 basic categories in the social area: A) for the "daytraders" interested in current gossip about individual stocks and "trends" , and B) for the "strategists" to exchange about long-term portfolio or investment strategies.
