@Boarkeinname yes exactly. The bottom line is that it's a very difficult variable to estimate. So I would look at different sources. Sometimes you can find information in the company's annual report. Marketscreener can also provide good information or Traderfox. I've linked a few sources in the post. Therefore, I would always calculate different scenarios (pessimistic growth, realistic, optimistic).

@Boarkeinname It depends somewhat. In the case of DCF, it is the free cash flow growth. As a first point of reference, I would use the past growth from the annual reports (e.g. development over the last 5 years). Then you have at least a basis. The "magic links" in the article also give you industry-specific growth. This way you get a bandwidth step by step. However, I agree with you that it is very difficult to derive future growth from this. A DCF therefore needs some time and you have to deal with the market, the company and the future prospects. Ask 10 analysts and each one will give you a different number. Therefore, as described above, I would work with different scenarios.
