UnitedHealth ( $UNH (-0.58%) ) and Humana ( $HUM (-0.86%) ) collapsed overnight, while other health insurers like CVS Health ( $CVS (-0.04%) ) and Cigna ( $CI (+0.34%) ) dropped after the Biden administration announced that the final Medicare Advantage rates in 2025 will not change from the original plans in January.
