Hmm, I'm also thinking about cutting back on that one and just sticking with the $VWCE. Even though I'm actually a fan of having fewer positions đ

â˘@AxoWallStreet I totally agree đ¤ Of course, adding more ETFs just for the sake of having more ETFs doesnât make any sense đ For us, the All-Cap is meant to further develop our core portfolio over the long termâespecially because of the small-caps. But we wonât be selling our existing All-World fund; weâll just let that one keep running. New funds will then be allocated more heavily to the All-Cap portfolio đ

@FinanzPapa That's what I'm wondering, too. At what amount in an ETF does it generally make sense to start a new one that's the same or similar?

â˘@AxoWallStreet If you're thinking in terms of FIFO: That's exactly what we're doing, too đ I wouldn't even mention a specific amount in that case. Our VWRL is now around 187k, so it makes sense for us to put new money into a second global ETF. The old portfolio can continue as is, and weâre building up a newer one in parallelâwhich could definitely come in handy when we start withdrawing later on đ¤

@AxoWallStreet so youâre switch for $VWCE to this one?

Just decide a number that pains you to think to gift it to Finanzamt. When your return is steadily above the margin for which you would have to pay that much taxes on a sell, then I would consider starting a new similar ETF.
