Portfolio expansion

Good morning everyone,

I'm looking for your opinion again.

I currently have a fairly classic 70/30 portfolio with a little bit of $BTC (+0.79%) as an admixture.

As I am still very young (20 years old), and therefore have a long investment horizon, I think I could take a little more risk. That is why I am now faced with the decision to supplement my portfolio with a $CSNDX (-1.63%) to supplement my portfolio. However, I am now considering what speaks against a leveraged Nasdaq such as the $QQQ3 (-5.61%) for example.

Of course I am aware that the maximum drawdown, etc. is higher.

But since I have a long investment horizon, as I said, that shouldn't bother me

I have also taken a closer look at the 2xSPYTIPS strategy from @Epi and might keep this in mind as well.

What do you think of my considerations or how would you decide?

Many thanks in advance.

A leveraged ETF is not for savings plans.
If you look at the chart, it only took out the high from 2021 last November.

And very important: look at the broker's chart, not here at getquin. The getquin chart is unfortunately somewhat inaccurate for leveraged products.

You enter such instruments when the Nasdaq is at its lowest point, not when it is at its highest.

Moin, about the leveraged etfs you might want to watch some videos, as they don't really perform better from what I've seen so far, then rather the normal one or if you want a little more risk a sector or niche etf where you are convinced yourself

You're young and can still go broke a few times without consequences. Try it out.

I've tried a lot myself, but never really got anywhere. Why? Now I know: because I had no set of rules, no clear, tested strategy that told me what to do and when.
Just take a look at a few strategies besides Spytips that I have presented here. Maybe there is one of them (leverage ETF basket, 3xGTAA)? They all work with leveraged ETFs, but with clear rules. Because if there's one thing you don't want, it's to sit leveraged in a bear market!

So I have a part in here: A0X8ZS
Take a look at it...it's been around since 2009 and delivers quite well. No financial advice...dyor
