Unfortunately I haven't found any, the ETF search engines don't offer me any additional selection for EM to the World ex US.
But it looks like there won't be one, even the $EXUS has only been around since 04/2024 and is declared a "world first":
"enables investors in Europe to invest in the popular MSCI World Index without the US component for the FIRST time since March 2024"

@leveragegrinding ask. I actually believe that there is too little interest among retail investors. My MSCI world ex USA was only created on demand. There is probably one that is not activated (semi-professional) or not ucits compliant.
