@Hackon115 almost impossible for the normal middle class. My experience has been that anything under 400k (in the +- 120sqm range) is no good (too old, in need of renovation, etc). There are always exceptions in rural of course. On the whole, however, as described above.

@Hackon115 Salaries are also often higher in the south. Especially in metropolitan areas like Munich or Stuttgart. Nevertheless, what @TheAccountant89 says still applies.

@DonkeyInvestor yes, exactly. My Swiss salary is just really cool. But that can change again and prices will remain high in border regions. In metropolitan areas, too, of course.
