(My opinion) I was once a student and had nothing but student loan debt. If you "indulge" yourself as a student, you "indulge" yourself even more as a higher earner. You earn habits and a mindset with discipline. If you want to build a habit, you don't look for excuses that it's "not worth it yet" and that it might go faster later.

•@investorsapiens I understand. Building habits is difficult. Why should students find it easier to build habits than full-time employees?
••
@DonkeyInvestor It's never easy at any time. But as a student you are a bit more self-determined. In my opinion, if you don't build up the mindset on your own, you won't be able to do it later, for example with a wife and child, because your loved ones are generally not very keen to save and invest.

@investorsapiens As a rule, I don't have a wife and child immediately after finishing my studies. In addition, studying means freedom and doesn't necessarily smell of responsibility. Then there are the limited financial resources, which make investing even more difficult.
There are always reasons for or against it. I therefore maintain that it doesn't matter whether I develop a habit after or during my studies
