$3350 (+8.63%) (Metaplanet) is currently very exciting again (3€) and is 80% away from the ATH although BTC is only 12% away from the ALH (USD).
Metaplanet currently has an mNAV of 1.18 and USD 1.5 billion in cash, which would make the mNAV <1. This is currently a very bullish signal as we have never had such a low level and Metaplanet is actively buying Bitcoin.
If Metaplanet would stop buying BTC and would only consist of Treassury, an mNAV of 0.9-1 would be conceivable, but since they continue to acquire and thus increase the holdings per share, this is currently a very bullish sign.
