With Caterpillar and Deere, you have the two market leaders. I wouldn't add anything else.

Maybe you don't need an alternative anymore. This Caterpillar may fall sharply this afternoon because the figures were once again very weak. Then you can buy more cheaply. They're all cyclical garbage stocks in my opinion. So what is Caterpillar or Deal better than a Volvo or Mercedes? Many people don't see that. At the end of the day, these are automobile stocks.

@TheFknMachine the CAT logo will be emblazoned on the first Spaceminer - you can assume that ;)
I don't have any construction machinery in my depot at the moment, but as soon as there is free capacity I will have $CAT at the top of my list.
Our hunger for raw materials will be even greater in the future than it already is today, so I'm not quite so pessimistic about investing in CAT.
