@Divmann is similar in my circle of acquaintances. In the past it was often said "iPhone is never an option for me", but in the last 1-2 years more and more people in my circle of acquaintances are switching to iOS. And as we all know, the iPhone is the gateway to the entire Apple cosmos: then an Apple Watch, AirPods and an iPad are not far away 😅

@Divmann Their infrastructure simply runs and therefore attracts users. I have never had connection problems with Apple devices. With Android, I have... In addition, Apple also checks more what ends up in the AppStore, which I also think is important.

@General_T_Regnery My mother has a Samsung smartphone and tablet. The Bluetooth connection is constantly gone. It is similar with headphones. 😅 Same problem with my sister with her Samsung devices I have not had this problem with my iPhone and iPad.

Funny. I've always had a Samsung phone since the beginning 6 years ago, once a Samsung Galaxy J3, then a Samsung Galaxy M30s and now a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Two years ago, I also had a Samsung tablet, namely a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and recently a notebook: Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 So far not ONE problem. Have nothing that I would miss.

I'm perfectly happy with Samsung. Do you have any advice on what's better about Apple devices in general? I haven't seen any advantage so far that I don't have now 🤷‍♂️

@General_T_Regnery this is a deeper debate I think 😅 so I think what Apple customers appreciate the most is the seamless integration of all Apple products and the longevity (so also very long updates) of the products. I personally know people who have an iPhone 7 and are super happy and see no reason to buy a new smartphone. It's a similar story with iPads and Macs.

What does "seamless integration" mean?

@General_T_Regnery as an example: I have my iPhone in my pocket and listen to music through the AirPods. I take my iPad in my hand to quickly do some research. Then my AirPods automatically connect to the iPad without interrupting the music from the iPhone. If I now play a video on the iPad, the music from the iPhone stops, I hear the sound from the video on the iPad and when I stop the video on the iPad, the music from the iPhone automatically continues through the AirPods. Just a small example and there are many of them

@MScottInvesting So I have the iPhone because from my point of view nothing comes close in terms of quality of workmanship AND the operating system.
