The current trial before the District Court
Munich I against the former CEO Markus Braun ($WDI ), key witness Oliver Bellenhaus and the former chief accountant began in December 2022. Originally for 100 days scheduled, the process now extended by a further 86 days extended until December 2024. The complexity of the case and the "extensive taking of evidence" are the reasons for this extension.
