Last dividend from the SPDR Global Dividend Aristocrats ETF - now it's time to rebalance!

Today there was another dividend of $0.366 per share, totaling $64.23 for my position in the SPDR S&P Global Dividend Aristocrats ETF (ZPRG).

That was the last distribution, because: I sell the ETF and invest the proceeds in the

VanEck Developed Markets Dividend Leaders ETF (TDIV).

Why the change?

  • Higher dividend yield (~3.9%)
  • Better performance over 3 and 5 years
  • ESG filter + clear focus on developed markets

ZPRG has been a solid companion, but TDIV just fits better with my strategy for steady income with more momentum.

I had also considered switching from ZPRG to TDIV. As withholding tax is incurred with TDIV, I decided not to.
