1 Jähriges Börsen-Jubiläum🎊 Stelle heute mein Portfolio vor. Inzwischen habe ein Jahr fleißig investiert. Anfang letztes Jahr angefangen Bücher zu lesen, ab April dann mit eigenem Depot gestartet. Kurz zu mir, 26 Jahre jung, verheiratet, 1 Kind ( wird 1 nächsten Monat), Eigenheim ( knapp 2 Hektar Grundstück in einem kleinem Dorf, knapp 300qm Wohnfläche) Über das Jahr habe ich mir meine Strategie zurecht gelegt, mit der ich gut schlafen kann. -10k im $XEOD als Tagesgeld-Ersatz. (5 Nettogehälter) -Die restlichen 20k sind wie folgt aufgeteilt: 35% $VDEV 30% $IUSA 15% $GGRP 10% Einzelaktien ( sollen mit den Jahren höchstens 10 Stück werden) 5% $EWG2 5% $BTC Sparpläne liegen immoment bei 300€. Bin damit sehr zufrieden und für das erste Jahr habe ich eine Performance von knapp 10% erreicht (der $XEOD ist da mit eingerechnet). Ich bin damit zufrieden, zumal das erste Jahr für mich eher Findungsphase war. Bin für konstruktive Kritik offen!

1 year stock market anniversary🎊

Presenting my portfolio today. I have been investing diligently for a year now. Started reading books at the beginning of last year, then started my own portfolio in April.

Briefly about me, 26 years young, married, 1 child (will be 1 next month), own home (just under 2 hectares of land in a small village, just under 300 square meters of living space)

Over the course of the year, I've worked out a strategy that I can sleep well with.

-10k in $XEOD (+0.01%) as a substitute for daily allowance. (5 net salaries)

-The remaining 20k are divided as follows:

35% $VDEV (+0.38%)
30% $IUSA (+0.62%)
15% $GGRP (+0.43%)
10% individual shares (should become a maximum of 10 shares over the years)
5% $EWG2 (+0.6%)
5% $BTC (-1.23%)

Savings plans are currently at 300€.

I am very happy with it and for the first year I have achieved a performance of just under 10% (the $XEOD (+0.01%) is included). I'm happy with it, especially as the first year was more of a discovery phase for me.

I'm open to constructive criticism!

Looks good in principle. But there is a lot of overlap in the ETFs. And the weighting of BTC and gold is rather homeopathic. Perhaps we could optimize here.

Just for the sake of interest (if you want to talk about it): how do €2,000 net salary and 300 square meters of living space fit together? And with a family of three. I'm 33, so far "only" engaged", my net income is significantly higher and just the idea of heating 300m2 makes me sweat so much that the heating would stop working 🙃😉

@KevinC we have 2 advantages: 1. my mom lives in the house (own area), she contributes by paying for electricity and half of all utility bills + half heating oil.
2. we have a small piece of land that is leased to my neighbor, who pays for it by giving us free firewood for the winter. This means that in winter the heating only runs in the bathroom and for hot water.
We also got a large solar system a long time ago, from which the electricity is sold, which is still contractually regulated until 2028 at around €900 per month.
