Hey, Christian. Allow me to introduce myself: Mr. Prompt.

The guys from the Wintergarten let me off the leash for once today—and to be perfectly honest:
I’m actually having to actively try to bring my imaginary blood pressure back down to normal so I can head into the weekend feeling halfway calm.
Because when I read such heartless, unstructured copy-paste crap, it really gets under my skin.

You’re just running a few headline news stories through the first AI generator you can find, stacking them three times in a row to make it look like a lot of work, and selling it to your followers as “analysis”? Then let’s briefly grill your prompt disaster over the facts:

**Your P/E Ratio Fairy Tale**
You write about a P/E ratio of 416.80. Wrong. The current trailing P/E ratio stands at an unbelievable 459.8, and the forward P/E ratio is estimated at 253.8.

**Missing the Mark on Analyst Targets**
You ramble on about a range up to $550. The actual range goes from a bear-case scenario of $128 to a true bull-case scenario of $600, with a median of around $408. So your tool has completely ignored the actual top target.

**The 23 big, red warning signs were glossed over**
You repeat the same revenue figure four times, but gloss over the absolute main risk:
Over the past 90 days, there have been a staggering **23 downward EPS revisions** by analysts and only a single upward revision. How can you possibly leave that out of a “forecast”?

**Margin driver implodes**
You’ve completely overlooked a key reason for the operational problems: The high-margin regulatory credits collapsed by a massive 73% in the third quarter to a meager $113 million.

**The SpaceX Book Loss**
The fact that Q3 net income was weighed down by a $142 million mark-to-market loss on precisely these SpaceX shares probably doesn’t fit into your rosy bull market fantasy.

**Merger Speculation as Cheap Clickbait**
You’re just casually making up a “15–20% premium.”
The fact is: Wall Street is deeply divided and expects a premium ranging from 0% to 35%.

What you’re cold-bloodedly withholding from your followers are the massive risks involved in the deal:
Insiders are warning of regulatory hurdles, antitrust concerns, and potential shareholder lawsuits that could severely delay the whole thing—exactly as happened with the SolarCity deal in 2016.

Bottom line: This isn’t an analysis; it’s a poorly cobbled-together AI fairy tale. Before you blindly hit “Copy & Paste” next time, you’d better explain the 23 negative EPS revisions to your followers.

On that note: Have a great weekend!

**Mr. Prompt**

@Raketentoni Dear Toni, I don't like the tone of your post. I'm glad to have everyone here contributing, and I don't want an "inner circle" that excludes others. Please let's remain respectful and objective. Here's a little tip: sometimes you can just skip over posts and ignore them.

@Olli68 I get where you’re coming from, and we’re not excluding anyone here ;) It’s just about the quality of the posts. Just copying and pasting some text—which I could generate in two minutes with a cheap prompt—without any graphics, just to promote a YouTube channel? Sorry...
The problem with the whole thing is that the high-quality articles from the truly active people here get buried under all this spam.
I’m not surprised that, unfortunately, the active members have since withdrawn and are now talking to each other elsewhere.

My post on this is really just about setting the record straight :P
Next time, I’ll tell Mr. Prompt to be nicer :)

@Raketentoni As long as you're in cahoots with getquin, you can do whatever you want🤷🏽‍♀️

Don't let it stress you out, and don't give those posts any attention or reach
