2 x subdivision house: We asked a VR Bank from Bavaria, which has already supported us with a similar project. They are currently checking our documents and the property. We are also providing additional security - but we still have to provide further documents for this additional security.
1 x Buy&Hold Haus: We are also trying to work with a bank that already knows us. We financed another project with them 1.5 years ago and have since upgraded this other project considerably (yield increased by almost 50%). We hope that they will finance the new property for us and do a kind of portfolio review. That would be good, as we could use the first - purely residential project - to put the commercial part of the new property into perspective.
