My way to a €100,00 supplement

Hello everyone,

First of all, I'm quite surprised and delighted about the many positive, but also the few negative reactions to my post yesterday. Almost 200 new followers in 24 hours? Really now? If I were 30 years younger, I'd think twice about my social media career after all 😉😂

So first of all, thank you to everyone who is interested in my path and follows me. But as I am of course also open to criticism, I would like to give a few things to new followers in particular.

This path is my personal challenge. I see it as a hobby competition, like others go to football 3 times a week or to the gym 4 times a week.

The stake is manageable at €3,000. And I therefore have to take a very high risk, which can sometimes lead to a total loss on one or two trades. This is only for those who intend to copy trade from me sometimes. I don't have a WhatsApp channel or an Instagram account and this is not a course on how to become a millionaire in just a few months.

Nevertheless, I am always available for questions and happy to discuss with you.

Another important point is that I naturally also look at the profiles that want to follow me. I then notice that in most cases they are people who pursue a completely different strategy, namely ETFs, dividends or buy & hold. So what is your motivation behind following me? As I said, I'm happy to hear from everyone, but I'm interested.

And finally, one point is very important to me and I know that many people find it difficult. There are a lot of follower requests from users who have never written a post or only one or two posts. I would like to say to them: Have the courage!!! This forum needs input from more than the usual 20-30. Give yourself a push, ask questions, express your ideas. We can all learn from each other and gain and expand our experience. 👍👍👍

I'd love to see posts from names I've never read here before. You are also welcome to write that it is your first post or that you have only been a reader so far.😉

And no, I'm not getting any money from GQ😂😂 for this appeal.

So that's it now. Thank you for your attention. Have a nice evening and good winnings.🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

I feel compelled to drop one of my few posts (I think the second one now^^). So I like your story with the way to 100k. You are very open and come across as authentic to me. Since I see myself as a brutal beginner, I am mega grateful for ideas about companies that people like you, Tenbagger, BamBamInvest, etc. share. Especially when you publicly exchange ideas with each other, I find that a great added value for me. Then I have a name where I can get information and decide for myself whether to invest or not. But I have huge problems approaching such companies myself before the train has left the station. And I just don't see myself joining in the conversation/discussion (and therefore read along with interest)... and PS... I like your profile picture🤣 Keep it up and wish you maximum success for the added value you generate here! lg Rob

My dear,
Always ask questions. I look forward to every exchange. But I don't have any 🔮 either.
I can only look at the company and the multiples and give my opinion.
But in the end, the market has its own laws.
Often a share whose multiples I think are good will still go sideways for months. Or, in the worst case, downwards. Because investors have found the famous fly in the ointment.
But if someone is successful because of my idea. Then I'm just as happy as if it were my own investment.

@Rob84 Congratulations and thank you for your contribution. I'm sure it wasn't that difficult and didn't hurt, did it? I'd love to see more. We all started out without knowing it. There's no shame in that.

Sooorry, I prefer to comment. 😂
I'm better at adding the mustard than I am at slapping bratwurst on the plate, to put it metaphorically. 🙆🏻‍♀️

@Metis but maybe your sausages taste good to us too.

More exciting analyses from new creators would be a really nice thing, it's always the same 30 candidates with exciting posts

Unfortunately, I'm too old for such gambles, so more ETFs and dividends 😉
But I like following the gambles. And maybe there will be something for me at some point.

@Olli68 May I ask you how old you are? If the number after your name is your year of birth, I'm older😂😎 but I'm not going to tempt anyone here to take riskier trades. If you feel comfortable with your strategy, that's the most important thing. By the way, maybe only 10% of my trades are gambling trades

I've already read one or two of your posts without following you.
But with this series of posts you have made me very curious and that has convinced me to follow you ✌️😄
I feel very comfortable with ETF buy and hold, but I also like to take the opportunity to make one or two medium-term trades with individual stocks.

@BruceBullridge Very nice, good luck and feel free to continue participating in discussions.
Thank you very much for your contribution. I will also start presenting my traiding strategy and uploading posts in the next few weeks.

@AK98 that would make me very happy.

Hi, I'm a complete newcomer and was previously far too scared to get involved in the stock market. My teenage son got me into it at the beginning of the year and now we talk about it every day. He's interested in economics and politics, which I think is great!
I do it in a similar way to you. I have an ETF that I'm saving for the long term and about 5000 euros that I'm trying out. If it finances or subsidizes a vacation every year, that would be great. If not, then not. It's all very relaxed.
I enjoy reading your posts, as it's new input for me.

@investment_wizard_2286 then why don't you share your ideas/background for your share trades with us soon? Incidentally, I don't have an ETF that I'm saving for the long term.

I'm following you so I can find some input on interesting stocks I don't know yet. 😎

I'm generally on the core-satellite track too.
But also have a few risky stocks that I swap out from time to time. :D
2
profile image
@GreenWash then why don't you write here soon about your reasons for buying or selling this or that share. I am curious.

First of all, thank you for your valuable insights and ideas ;) At the moment, I'm still trying things out a bit and am more interested in learning by doing and am also prepared to pay a bit of a learning curve. That's why I don't see myself in a position to share my "strategy" just yet. But maybe I'll give it some more thought in the near future.

@arviid would be great, and if you have any questions about specific advantages and disadvantages of the strategies, there is plenty of expertise here to the left and right of me. So start your journey with us!

Hello dear, I started out by building up something to supplement my later pension. Originally, the core was a $CSPX S&P500 and a few individual stocks for acceleration (=satellites). Gradually, however, the S&P became individual stocks, consisting of value and quality. In the meantime, however, I have discovered my love for small caps, which were originally intended to act as satellites, but since the end of last year - alongside my core of quality and value - have increasingly come to the fore. Although this is considerably riskier, it is by far the most fun for me. As long as everything stays that way and goes well, it will stay that way. That's why I'm always on the lookout for new ideas. You are always an inspiration for this. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for that ❤️ I can also highly recommend IBKR or Captrader as brokers for buying your shares, as otherwise you won't be able to buy all the stocks or the spread will simply be too high. With IBKR, for example, you can order $EOS for around 7 $ ;) instead of the unbelievable amount I read about you. See you soon and good luck on your journey 🚀🚀🚀🚀

profile image
@toscho Thank you and here's to further positive exchanges. I'll have to wait with IBKR for now. I have already looked at them. But I already have 3 brokers. As soon as Flatex introduces share savings plans, I will close Consors and then I can look at IBKR.
Maybe in the future, when you find your own shares that you like, you might like to share them with the community

The idea of a WhatsApp channel with you, Tenbagger2024 and BambamInvest would be brilliant 😅👍. I love your texts on the respective stocks, your strategy, and also the one and other pulling.

@Nemesis1990 I'm delighted and I think the other two are too, or @Tenbagger2024 and @BamBamInvest?
A little tip for you. Put an @ sign in front of the user names. Then they will also see your post in their history.

Maybe you could tackle this, I think many others would be happy about it too. @Tenbagger2024 @BamBamInvest

@Multibagger I also really enjoy exchanging ideas with you here! I'm still learning a lot and find the mutual support and community great. Whats App would be too private for me though, I'm happy if messages don't pop up all the time and I'm currently trying to reduce my screening time outside of everyday life. That's why I don't post every purchase or repurchase in between. But I am happy to help or post something if I can generate added value or perhaps interesting ideas.

As an Austrian, you can't really track your portfolio properly here with getquin, as we don't have a FIFO, can't enter loss compensation, and much more. You always try to bring new features, but you should make the portfolio tracking properly and properly usable so that you don't have to use Portfolio Performance or Parqet.
Without the community here, I probably wouldn't use Getquin. Photos in the reply history would also be a milestone. Well, let's see what the future brings ✌️

@BamBamInvest We don't want to lose you. Hang in there.

profile image
@BamBamInvest It wasn't about the WhatsApp channel. Just so that the praise for you and Tenbagger doesn't go down.😉
2
profile image
@Multibagger I already understood that and you won't lose me 😊 this was just about the suggestion from @Nemesis1990. I feel honored and think it's nice when I can offer added value. I am very busy both professionally and privately and therefore try to take a step back. You have to be able to recognize this and then take the appropriate steps. After all, writing analyses/posts etc. takes time. That's why I haven't written any more detailed posts for a while. Apart from that, there are already a lot of good posts and analyses here, great community 👍

You get money from Gq for it. Finally admit it 😉

In my case, it was GQ that first made me realize that the managed funds were perhaps not the yellow of the egg after all.

Then I thought that core/satellite suited me better.

Various users here like you then thwarted that. Meant positively.

Many will say it's simple Fomo, but I think there's a bit more to it than that. There are just a lot of great ideas here that I often buy with my "play money".

I don't know if it's always better, but it's fun and broadens your horizons.

So thank you :-)

I find the project interesting and it gives me interesting insights into shares and the companies behind them, which I would certainly not have had otherwise.
I've put one or two of them in my portfolio or sold them again.
My focus is simply on not falling victim to old-age poverty in around 15 years' time 😉
An item in unspectacular ETFs, a few stocks that I believe will hold their value in the long term and a few things to try out and get rich. 😂
I only post myself if I hope to add value for others.

Dear @Multibagger

Thank you for your very inspiring post. I always find it exciting to learn about new ideas and challenges - and the most exciting thing for me is the person behind them.

Personally, I've held back with my own contributions so far, but thanks to you I've found the inspiration to put my "two cents" into the Getquin community. I will continue to follow your path and really hope that it works out. Regardless of that, it will definitely be an interesting journey.

Have a great weekend! :)

I also enjoy reading your posts and often find your stock picks very interesting! We have also had some overlaps with some stocks, which I find funny :)

What I definitely agree with you is that there are a hell of a lot of people here who also make follower requests but have NEVER made a post, even if it's just a question, in getquin. Sometimes I ask if they are bots or something, but then I usually turn down the request...

Like you, I have the ambition of far above-average returns. However, I try to achieve this goal as far as possible using quantitative ETF strategies with lower risk and higher returns. Strategy diversification is important to me, and one of the strategies is also active trades with derivatives, which is exactly where I can learn a lot from you I guess 😬
