minor portfolio rebalancing

$IRM (+1.23%) I sold it at a 250% profit. This was due to the company’s financial position. The company has negative equity, which means its debt-to-total-assets ratio has risen to over 100%. Although the company continues to generate strong earnings, interest expenses will rise and impact cash flow. As a result, I no longer consider this company a quality investment. I reinvested the proceeds into $VIE (-0.17%) , $ITW (+1.89%) , $AMGN (+4.61%) , $FAST (+1.23%) and $HTGC (-0.91%) , with $HTGC (-0.91%) received the smallest share. Through this reallocation, I have expanded smaller positions—which are still in the process of being built up—toward my target portfolio. In addition, I have reinvested in what I consider to be high-growth, high-quality companies, which is in line with my strategy. Overall, this transaction also allowed me to maintain the level of dividends that I lost through the sale.

I think that makes sense. I have $VIE and $AMGN in my own portfolio, and I think you’re buying quality companies with growth potential and dividends at a really good price right now. 👈
