Have any of you ever dealt with the $BUYB (+0.55%) dealt with? Focus on companies that have share buyback programs.

Yes, but quickly found to be uninteresting.
As it also includes emerging markets and small caps, you might want to draw comparisons with the ACWI IMI, which it then consistently outperforms.
But of course you are more likely to invest in All-World if you want maximum diversification rather than a specific focus. So let's take a look at the comparison with the MSCI World, S&P 500 and NASDAQ-100 and lo and behold, the strategy has set absolutely no highlights since its launch. Plus the higher fees and larger drawdowns in every crisis since inception. So I see no reason why this could seriously enrich my portfolio in the future either.
