@Epi Do you think it makes a difference whether 15/30/50% subsidy from the employer? Ultimately, everything is still worse than a simple ETF

@Maddy-0 In my opinion, there is a difference, but not in the way you think or should think. Because YOU have to pay back any "subsidy" from the employer later. With compound interest.
So: the higher the subsidy from the employer, the more you have to pay back later and the lower your pension will be later compared to a non-BAV.
A simple ACWI savings plan is definitely better.
