Halloween Trade? 💰🙈

$ASST (+2.33%) On Friday, the social sentiment at ASST was off the charts, would that be something for a Halloween trade?

The trading volume increased extremely on Friday, from an average of 25-30k shares per 10 minutes to almost 3 million shares per 10 minutes / average 1 million shares per 10 minutes. Accordingly, the share price has already risen by around +30%.

Info: the blue and orange background shows the post and pre-market trading times.

ASST has had a wild ride since May, from a peak of $14 to under $1. After-market prices peaked at up to 20$😬😬😬😬

I'll have a look at the order book tomorrow at 9am at the start of pre-market trading. With corresponding price action around the VWAP, I could imagine a small order.

The next BeyonMeat revival?

$ASST (+2.33%) There are increasing signs in a number of forums and on a number of platforms that something like the Beyond Meat Festival revival is about to take place. Redit, WhatsApp etc. are being discussed. Does anyone know more?

@Wiktor_06 Yes, I know, that is a disadvantage of neobrokers. Many of the US second-line stocks are not tradable with the neobrokers.

I mainly trade via Easybank (Austria) and Interactive Brokers (for US stocks and exotic trading). With these 2 brokers I cover everything I have traded so far. Interactive Brokers also has an interface to Tradingview, so you can trade directly from the chart. This is very practical, as you can transfer SL and TP with one order - 3 orders in one, so to speak. And if necessary, you can adjust the order live by moving it in the chart.

@Wiktor_06 TR is of course good for beginners - very easy to use. And if you're not dependent on support (like the majority), then it's a good fit!

IB also has an app where you can trade very easily, but it is not tax-simple. This is a disadvantage for many, but an advantage for me as a hobby trader, as I don't have to pay tax on profits during the year and therefore have more capital available. The 1$ fee per trade is also fair, so you can try your hand at small positions 😅

@TomTurboInvest very cool point of view. When I finish my training in 2 years, I will also try my hand at day trading. But for now, I'm splitting my €1200 savings quota into a savings plan and it's good to start with.

@Waxman I'll see how it goes at 9, I've placed a limit order, but on Friday's VWAP, I'm sure they won't be available anymore. But then I'll be quick - all I have to do is drag and drop the order in the chart. I'll keep you up to date

@Waxman I'm in now - small position 400 shares - waited for the first 5min candles - let's see if Halloween brings me trick or treat 🤪
The volume is brutal compared to the average - the first 5min over 5mio shares were traded and then 3mio and the following 5min 1.5mio. I can't wait to see what happens at 14:30 at the start of trading 🙄 https://www.tradingview.com/x/clN0jnBJ/
