I would prefer 4 years sideways with volatility. Would create a stable basis, bring P/E into "normal" ranges and with divi & options I can continue to generate income.

•@GeldGenie It would be interesting to see how many strategies here in our bubble are then thrown overboard again and then panic breaks out because suddenly you are no longer making 30%/year.

It doesn't matter to me. I don't need the money for the next 5 years and can sit it out. Pharma and food as a reassuring pillar, CHF as a safe haven,... I wouldn't adjust anything. And politically driven stock markets have short legs - it will work out. :-D
Tech and manufacturers will certainly run for longer - but perhaps no longer with massive excess returns.
