Various brokers have not...

I have various portfolios (Scalable, Finanzen Zero, TR, ...).

I would like to buy some other stocks for my YouTube channel's community portfolio, but these are simply not available for trading there. They are not small companies either...

Now the question to you:

Can you trade the following stocks with your broker and if so, which broker is it?

would try Consors or ING. I think you'll find something there. If not, then I think it will be difficult to find a broker in Germany.

I have just looked at Lasertec on Consors - yes, you can buy it, Tradegate, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Tokyo Stock Exchange, USA SmartOrder and USA extended
I don't know the last two.
It is possible to buy M3 on all OTC platforms, all German stock exchanges and the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Captrader or Interactive Brokers, you can trade everything worldwide. Doesn't make you as poor as Consorsbank with foreign shares...
