@Nik_21 But then your starting capital is not 0 if you had money lying around and dosed it.
You can't tell me that you'll have a 100k portfolio in 4 years without major savings (starting capital). You have 80k invested, approx. 25% increase in value in total.
With your savings rate, the most you can achieve is 35k - you're still 45k short. So all good, but don't say starting capital 0€, that creates false expectations.

@John-Do78 100 shares that make 10% in a year are then €110 at the end of the year. If you then make another 10%, the "new" €10 will generate another €1. And again the following year and so on. Like a snowball rolling down a hill. It's actually more of a return on investment 😂
