Marvell is slipping...why?

Hi, my watchlist is sounding the alarm because $MRVL (-5.92%) is currently moving sharply downwards? I can't see the reason yet. Where do you see entry prices? One consideration (for my little pig FOMO^^) would be to take a first tranche at €110. What do you think?

@VanillaGorilla He probably meant the 70% that the share is still up for the year. At $80 it becomes interesting again in the long term.
