$1211 (-3.89%) pays out a dividend in July, also in the form of bonus shares, as I have read here.
I wanted to ask exactly how this works, as I have never received bonus shares as a dividend.
According to the Internet, you get 8 bonus shares credited for every 10 shares held, but does this also count for fewer shares held, e.g. 4 bonus shares for every 5 shares held, or do you have to already hold 10 in your portfolio?
Can I then also sell the bonus shares at some point or how should I think about this? 😅
