Is this ETF a good alternative to the All-World? I am considering adding it to my portfolio.

This is an alternative if you are looking for a - slightly - more sustainable ETF solution.

Will it perform better than the $VWCE? Nobody can tell you - but you have all sectors in it.
In any case, the TER is 0.04% higher, but still not expensive for an ETF.

As is so often the case, there is no one-size-fits-all solution for a portfolio. :-)

If you think ESG is good and important - yes.
