I would wait another two weeks for BMW, as the share price could rise above 80 euros again in the short term. Yesterday there were positive quarterly figures, sometimes it takes a few days for the information to trickle through to everyone. Also, next week is the ex-date if you still want to take the dividend. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about VW.
