Small cap etf

Does anyone know a better small cap etf then $XXSC (-1.11%) . Focus on high long term returns, volatility no problem. Better if global ! Thanks

@passiveincomefuture factor size, alone, is not a factor due to the specificities of different indexes for small-cap.
$AVWS filters global small cap by value and profitability. Through their screening procedure, you have access to more than a thousand small caps with high quality and not highly valued. Avantis optimizes turnover to minimize costs.

@Centurion10 for an active ETF that has a good track record? Look at the US version of the ETF by Avantis, great performance ! And the costs of other Active ETFs on small caps in Europe and you will notice that is not that much. Sure, it is not passive indexing.
