That's the battle with the psyche, my experience has already hardened me a bit. Always ask yourself why you bought and what has changed in your investment thesis. Make notes, then it's easier to remember. If nothing has changed, then buy more. Or buy in several tranches from the beginning after setbacks. ✌️ I also constantly try to learn from my past mistakes, which is sometimes not so easy when the end of the world is supposedly just around the corner. 😁

Why sell, bro? UNH is a long term play, rather quiet this year, but maybe starting next year or if they make some headway with their court issues, it could be back on.

After yesterday's price jump, I sold my factor 8 long with a 40% profit😂 It was a gamble that initially looked like it would go completely wrong, but after I bought it, $UNH slumped even further, with the bill dropping -75% at times🤷🏼‍♂️ And then some news like this, which was of course perfect😁 From -75% to +40% in one week. Quickly sold off, just wasn't intended for the long term.
