About 2 months ago I had the opportunity to talk to the board of JDC Group. Since then, the share has developed magnificently, which was confirmed by the figures today. The share price reacted with a jump of almost 14%.

I remain in the Wikifolio and my private portfolio!

JDC Group results 1st half 2021:

Accelerated growth leads to jump in sales and earnings - guidance for full year 2021 raised

- Revenues increase by 16.6 percent to 68.6 million euros in the first half of 2021

In the second quarter, sales even rise by 19.2 percent to EUR 32.6 million.

- EBITDA increases by around 39 percent to EUR 4.3 million in the first half of 2021;

EBIT doubles to EUR 1.9 million

- Guidance for sales and earnings increased for the full year 2021

@franz1 If it were that easy, there would only be winners on the stock market. Technically, the share is currently overbought. Fundamentally, however, I still see plenty of potential 💪🏼

@MAXICONRAD probably not in the next few months, but in the long term yes. The company has successfully disrupted its business model and now has very little to do with the former Aragon AG.

@MAXICONRAD I have had the JDC Group on my radar since March (share price at that time around €11) when the letter of intent with Provinzial was signed. This has now been implemented operationally. This gives JDC access to the entire savings bank customer base. That is super interesting.

Given the immense rise, I would not buy in on the day, but wait for a slight cooling (possibly in the €17-18 range).
