Iberdrola stock dividend

Hello everyone,

I have had an Iberdrola savings plan for 2 months. $IBE (-1.4%) running. I save €150 per month. I want to reach €1650.

But on the subject:

In January, I will receive around €5 in dividends for my €300. But now I've received them as bonus shares because I didn't issue an instruction for the cash dividend within a week. I didn't look in my mailbox :I In my comdirect custody account, the selling costs just exceed the €5 position.

Does anyone know anything about this? Can I issue a new instruction for the next semi-annual dividend? So that I receive the cash dividend. Or do I always get new bonus shares now?

You can redefine this for each dividend.

@DividendenWaschbaer Very cool, thank you! Minimal time investment, but okay.

@JBatelli That's probably the case with Iberdrola. Normally (as I know it), however, cash dividends are the standard and stock dividends are optional. So you only had to worry if you wanted shares and not cash.

@DividendenWaschbaer He has probably received subscription rights, which are normally simply converted. For a share distribution, you must also have enough dividends including taxes. There are no half shares to distribute

@topicswithhead Ahh, that could be the case. Then I'll wait for payday on 31.01
@JBatelli
I also have the share and the deadline has not yet expired.

You always get the subscription rights booked in first.
Then you have about 2 weeks to accept Iberdrola's offer to buy them back (basically your cash dividend)

If you do NOT issue an instruction, you will later receive the subscription rights converted into shares.

See if you can still vote in favor of the capital measure, this should be the case.
Then simply create the instruction there and you will receive a fixed amount per subscription right.
