$MUX (-3.28%)

Have you exercised your subscription rights?

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has successfully completed the capital increase with subscription rights announced on April 1, 2026.

The gross proceeds from the capital increase amount to approximately EUR 105 million. The majority of the proceeds (approximately 80%) will be used for further expansion in the US through selected acquisitions, where a dynamically growing pipeline of attractive transactions is available, as well as for pursuing new opportunities across Europe. The remaining proceeds (around 20%) will be used to strengthen the balance sheet.

No, I sold mine...

...waiting for 28.04. and if the price doesn't suddenly make a big jump by then, I'll buy more below the subscription price 😇

No, planned subsequent purchase when we find a floor....

@value_crafter_1628 above all, you also have to bear in mind that the remaining private subscription rights will only be distributed on the 28th, i.e. the share price will be diluted even further with 2-3 million new shares...

...had already been diluted by around € 3 with the institutional allotments...

...that's why I sold mine and will then buy again below the subscription price.

Sold at 40 euros at the time.
Too many short sellers and dubious balance sheets

@Smudeo I would have done better too 😂

@Smudeo me too back then.
I just got back in at € 27, still hoping for € 21-22 for another aggressive buy ✌🏽

@1Chrischi1 whereby the chapter increase is not positive at all. For the time being, I am observing and not recommending. @LinGeo

@Smudeo for me a medium-term player. build up cheaply, pocket the dividend and then slowly reduce it again with possible price gains, until then it simply stays put and is built up when the price weakens.

i am quite convinced of the expansion into the usa.

@Dividendenopi??? I don't see them in your portfolio and you sold them back then 🤷🏻‍♂️

@SAUgut777 you can eat everything but you can't know everything 🙃😇. I had sold correctly and opened a first position as a trade at 25.50 after the announcement, I keep it separate

@SAUgut777 I once put 200 shares in and took the 40 shares with me, now I'll let them run. If they behave, I'll make a proper position out of them and hold them, and then they'll go back into the main portfolio

@Dividendenopi you drudge you 🫣😂

Sold my subscription rights and am waiting for 28.04....

...will probably buy again below the subscription price 😇

@SAUgut777 your plan is working out so far 👍. If it continues to develop like this, I will buy 200 more and fill the position for the time being and then take it back into the dividend portfolio

@Dividendenopi the thing is that the privately exercised subscription rights will only be allocated on the 28th, i.e. the number of Mutares shares will then increase accordingly.... share price has already been diluted by €3 with the first allocation of institutional subscription rights (approx. 1.1 million shares).

What do you think it will look like when the remaining (approx. 2-3 million shares) are added on the 28th...

...and because the share price did not go up far enough after the announcement and first allocation, it was actually just a calculation example for me to sell my subscription rights and fill up the position far below the subscription price (24.50).

Ultimately, the only question is exactly how many shares will be added now and to what extent this will dilute the share price 😉
