Might have waited until tomorrow for the interest rate decision...will then certainly increase again in the short term 🤷🏻‍♂️

@SAUgut77 To be honest, I wanted to throw $VICI out of the portfolio one way or another, I really don't pay attention to when the interest rate decision comes 😅 But thank you for the info 😬
