It's just too tempting!

What went down $AMD (+1.87%) went down excessively, then went up $INTC (-0.35%) went up too exaggeratedly. Logical, isn't it? I love extremes like that! They make trading fun.😉😎

I am also short on Intel, the rise is absolutely exaggerated

@Hotte1909 The pre-market rise is attributable to Nvidia's investment, what is exaggerated about that?

@BeachPlease nvidia invested 5bn but the share price went up by almost 15bn. A plus 10-15 would have been enough here and that's what I placed my short on, i.e. that Intel would fall to around 10-15% instead of 27%

@BeachPlease I also invest in my portfolio every day, but it is not 30% higher in the evening, but if things go well, the investment pays off later. With regard to $INTC, this means that this investment by $NVDA will not be reflected in better figures at $INTC in the near future and the increase will be partially sold off.

@Hotte1909 I've also been short since yesterday, but it was purely indicator-related for me, the part has flown out of all normal ranges 😅 Your reasoning makes sense, just calculated that 5 billion should only have accounted for ~3%...uuuand today is Friday, we know the sell-off by now 🤪

@BeachPlease yes, but I added a little more due to the Nvidia fantasy. I also think that there will be some profit taking today. The poor Intel investors have been pretty battered in the last few years

@Hotte1909 Yes, if I were invested, I would also cash in. The investment has to pay off first. I'm only wavering about how long I'll hold, but it'll probably swing down even further next week, or what do you think?

@BeachPlease In the best case scenario for us, there will be a complete gap close.

@Multibagger Salzgitter Time 😁
profile image
@BeachPlease I'll wait for the markdown today and see how high the bond is then. I would probably cash out at 40-50%. Before any positive news comes at the weekend

How long will you stay short?

Can you remember my mini-position intel? 🔮 https://ibb.co/bMNS5v08

I'm in GG67AX

@Iwamoto yes, unfortunately too small, it doesn't even cover today's losses on your two AMD positions.

@Multibagger I had actually considered increasing the position again and again, as the trend in Intel has been positive for some time, but then gave it up. I think I'll keep adding a few small (not quite so small) leverage speculations to my portfolio, keep an eye on them and buy more when the opportunity arises... I have no losses with AMD. (Depending on how you look at it) on the one hand I have book losses on the discount certificate, but that doesn't change the investment itself and on the other hand I still had 101 shares of the knockout certificate, but that was profit from profit. And also here only book loss and I bought another 333 shares. (Unfortunately not at the low because I was a coward) https://ibb.co/PGsqYTqB

I'm also thinking about selling one of my dividend shares and building up a position in Intel 🤭 there have been a few times in the past when nobody wanted a share and it more than recovered.

@Iwamoto first it goes down 10-15% so that I make 70-100% plus, then I don't care

Sold Intel last month. I really have a lucky hand. 🙈

Nvidia bought a lot of intel thats all, the question is... is it going up or down from now on?

@He-Man am now out . SL has taken effect. Unfortunately only 11%. But ok. Thanks again for the tip @Multibagger

Is this a day trade for you or have you set yourself a target?
1
profile image
@He-Man the $INTC trade in the short term. I expect a correction of 10 %. Then it goes out. With $AMD it may be a little longer.
1
profile image
@Multibagger 10% of the base value ?
1
profile image
@He-Man Yes, I think that $INTC will correct by 10% after the exaggerated rise.

So do you mean just get a 10x short on Intel shortly before the close? :) sure a gamble
1
profile image
@BockaufDividenden Did you do that? Then you would already be well in the black.
1
profile image
@Multibagger But yes! I wanted to do that when Oracle rose sharply, but missed it. That's why I'm now trading Intel with 7.7x leverage:

UG9A07
DE000UG9A075

but only bought this morning, but already up a nice 13%.

AMD Long ? 🤔

@Max095 yes of course, I posted the trade before the $INTC short trade. And the first 6 hours didn't go badly.

I also wear shorts 🖐🏽👀
1
profile image
@felipeestupendo but if you don't sell them on eBay, you won't make any money.😂😎
1
profile image
@Multibagger We could profit twice. I wear them for a week on the left and you wear them for a week on the right and then put them on ebay, i.e. the shorts of the stock market legends MULTIBAGGER Y FELIPEESTUPENDO. And only in limited editions... 😂💳🧾💰

Good evening,
Do you still have your shares or have you taken advantage of today's low to take profits? I got greedy and still see downside potential, so I stayed in.
1
profile image
@Iwamoto still have it
1
profile image
@Iwamoto You know I don't do it below 100%. And now it's only at 42%😂😉😎
