No offense, but what made you decide to buy it? It was just reported that BMW's business in China has completely collapsed, and the company is facing huge problems in other areas as well! Personally, I'd be cautious about that!

@BavarianLion Check out his post about his latest BMW purchase from a few days ago. We went over that topic in detail there 😁

@jkb92 I read through it
 well, what can I say? If you ask me, Germany is already on its last legs—not just economically, but soon socially as well! Sad but true! I just read the other day that even Playmobil is going to close its factories in Germany! 👎

@BavarianLion So I don't mean to be "nasty," but these statements are very superficial and show that you haven't really looked into the BMW brand yet... BMW's largest plant is in California, USA (no U.S. tariffs), and BMW operates the largest automobile plant in Hungary... (labor costs/energy costs) and only opened in October 2025. Net assets are above book value... Well, maybe you’re thinking about buying a position now, too?....?....? Have a nice evening, and best regards....Thomas

@opathomas There isn't a BMW plant in California, but you're right—the largest one in the U.S. is in South Carolina. That plant is running at full capacity, and a lot has been invested in it. Nearly every car that rolls off the assembly line here is sold. I’m familiar with most BMW plants—they’re all still receiving investments (I work for a machinery supplier)—and I truly believe BMW is headed for another strong period.
I’ve invested myself and am currently considering buying more shares.
