That's the case with the Neo Brokers, stay patient, they always take longer! Thank goodness that's not the case with Ing, who also have a very well-functioning customer service!

@Weissach is actually the other way around. The neobrokers are generally faster with payouts than the "normal" banks/brokers. They usually wait 2-3 days if it's quick, but can sometimes take 14 days. Incidentally, neobrokers also have a better exchange rate. The online brokers and normal banks are much more expensive.

@Dividenden-Sammler Yes, that's basically true in my experience. So far everything has arrived quite quickly, especially US dividends. It's just noticeable that the DE hamburger 🍔 has been a long time coming for 2 weeks
