If I have not miscalculated

Then $SMSN (-2.8%) made the leap this week and is now one of the 11 companies that are currently worth over 1 trillion dollars.

At the beginning of the year it was just under 700 billion.

Since my last post about Samsung almost 1 month ago, it has gone up another 30%.

On a one-year view it is over 230%

I think it was Chris @Multibagger was the one who wrote in response to my question about why Samsung gets so little attention.

Apple is just religion and Samsung is just technology.

Maybe Samsung is simply the better technology, religion has never been able to prevail against technological progress 😉

Hello my dear. The main drivers were the memory chips. And that's where I preferred $MU and $HY9H. But still well done.

It depends on how you count the companies 😉
I think this site is pretty cool:

@Wealth-Accelerator I hadn't counted the Saudis because you can't buy them as a private individual. But thanks for the tip about the website. I haven't found one myself that shows me a daily updated list. I think mine was either 1.1 or 1.2
Berkshire and Lilly weren't actually on there. Samsung wasn't either, so I did the math. However, you can also find slightly different information about the number of shares, which is why I have already written if I have not miscalculated 😀

@Wealth-Accelerator but even there are deviations somehow. 212 shows me a capitalization of 1.01Bio$
Your list says about 950 billion
And Gemini gave me an answer of 750 billion when I asked for the 15 most valuable companies, when I asked for Samsubg's market capitalization Gemini gave it as $886 billion.

@Hotte1909 definitely a relevant deviation 😬
So for exact data, I don't know where to get a good overview.
To see how the top 100 including precious metals and crypto have developed on a quarterly basis, this is always my tool of choice.
