When I was still living in Mexico, the airports were dirty and disorganized.
I have no idea why people are investing here, why they're making a profit, or why the stock price is rising.

@Smudeo The fact that it's dirty and, from your personal perspective, disorganized doesn't really affect the stock price.
They also operate a few airports, so maybe you just happened to end up at the worst one.

@Smudeo Take comfort in the fact that there won't be a dividend this year, and that money will be invested in street sweepers and cleaning staff.

@Smudeo Well, airports are critical infrastructure with high barriers to entry, and they can’t just be pulled out of thin air. Whether it’s a little dirty says little about its profitability.
With +19.2% EBITDA growth, a 67.8% margin, and strong cash flow, this investment probably speaks for itself more than any dirt in the terminal 😅
Add to that shareholder-friendly management and long-term potential—for example, now also via the CBX—and for me, this represents a thoroughly attractive risk-reward ratio in the emerging markets.

Edit: Or maybe you’ve even checked out the competition at the airports—that would actually strengthen the business case here even further 📈

@Dividendenopi Unfortunately, it was already announced back in April, so the street sweepers will probably have to wait a little longer 🤣
