I've written about $HON (-0.01%) , but there doesn’t seem to be much interest—maybe there are too many “get-rich-quick” investors here, even though I find the business segments highly interesting. With the current $SOLSV (-0.45%) spin-off, part of the restructuring is complete. But the stories remain. Solstice is now an interesting standalone company and definitely a watchlist candidate.

With the best margin profile you can have in the industry, it’s very profitable. But the really interesting part actually lies beyond the semiconductor and thermal stuff: uranium.
Solstice operates the only uranium conversion facility in the U.S. and is therefore ideally positioned for a nuclear comeback. As if that weren’t enough, there’s more to Honeywell. In addition to its unique aerospace portfolio and automation segment, Honeywell also owns Quantinum. Quantinum was recently valued at 10 billion and is reportedly being prepared for an IPO, which would allow the company to ride the hype and cash in big time.
That’s why I can only advise everyone to take a look at this stock—the dividends are good, too, and they’ve been paid out consistently.
It’s definitely in the Ultimate @Simpson as well, since the stock is simply interesting
