Hi guys, I am looking for a high dividend payer for my portfolio that pays out monthly, preferably with a stable price and not a sinking ship like $WBA (-3.23%) do you have some ideas 💡 for me?

The dividend should be at least 8%. Lg

$MAIN $QYLE $XYLP $JEPQ $JEAI

EDIT: The abbreviation (JEQP, IE000U9J8HX9) did not work for the European version of JP Morgan Nasdaq Income.

The problem with 8% is that the business model then already excludes almost all sectors, as it is hardly healthy to distribute 8% of its value. Personally, I would halve that and then also factor in the chance of price gains.

@leveragegrinding I'm thinking more of Reits, which have to pay out a certain % rate and usually have high dividends

@Slucks87 Yes, they're only going to work then. But why the stress

$HAUTO check that, you now also have top prices to get in

@KoenigsRasse do you find it attractively valued at the moment?

But that was only a special dividend that was paid out

Just as an idea <security:n/a:IE000U9J8HX9>
