Bisschen in die Appartements an der Westküste Investiert😊👍 Irgendwie hört es sich doch cooler an das mir irgendwo in Los Angeles, San Francisco oder Seattle paar cm2 einer Wohnung mir gehören als mit zb Vonovia irgendwo in Duisburg oder Cottbus 😂 Außerdem scheint es mir so das die Amerikaner mehr Ahnung vom Business haben als die Deutschen🤔 Essex hat die Dividende bereits zum 29 mal in Folge erhöht und die deutschen kürzen oder streichen die komplett 🤨

Somehow it sounds cooler that somewhere in Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle a few cm2 of an apartment belongs to me than with e.g. Vonovia somewhere in Duisburg or Cottbus 😂.

Besides, it seems to me that the Americans have more idea about business than the Germans 🤔.
