Hi, I wanted to get your opinion on this investment.

I want to invest €1000 here to diversify a little more in the direction of commodities.

You do realize that there's no copper in it, right? Synthetic replication of the index using swap😅.

@PassiveInvest Yes, thank you, it is an ETC, which reflects copper trading.

@Superrichy It tracks the performance of the index, that is correct. But not by investing in copper, but in any other financial instrument. And the TER is a disaster😅.

@Superrichy possibly via copper producers? Seems to make more sense, at least in principle. Based on the volume produced, the ranking for 2023 should look like this if my research was correct:
1. $BHP
2. $FCX
3. $GMEXICOB
Would at least clearly be my Investmentansatz🤷🏼‍♂️. But please: this is of course not investment advice and you definitely need to do your own comprehensive research😉.

@Superrichy Alternatively, rent a warehouse and fill it with copper (irony😉 of course). However, as copper is otherwise difficult to add to a depot, the only way to do this is via the miners/producers, or physically.
