Schwarz Group is a cult.
They only exploit their employees.
Their corporate culture is bottom drawer.
Wallraff has already reported on the stores.

@Tenbagger2024 hmmm, that was several years ago and he had worked in a supplier bakery for Lidl and not in a store. I know 2 store managers and an assistant who have been working at Lidl for a long time and are satisfied. The assistant is paid well above minimum wage. Ok, sometimes extra shifts due to low staffing levels. I've seen very different things from Aldi and non-owner-managed, i.e. group-dependent, rewes.

I know completely different sites. Especially when it comes to Kaufland.
And the report on Kaufland by Wallraff was in the summer.
Catastrophic conditions.
Employees and managers are put under so much pressure that they have to re-stock goods that are out of date.
And mice are running through the store.
I was told this in black and white by several employees.
And I was also able to see it for myself.
I could go on, but I think that's enough

Still a black group. And I would just like to point out what goes on in the group.
And how people are treated there.
That is my concern.

@Tenbagger2024 all good, I always associate Kaufland with the Schwarzgruppe after a delay. I don't know the report or anyone who works there and as the nearest Kaufland is 20 km away, shopping there is not an option for me. Anyway, I hope you don't wear shoes from Adidas or Deichmann, or clothes from whoever. To make that one firm.... we are all complicit.

@Tenbagger2024 LIDL and Aldi are the ones that pay well above the standard rate, my wife works at Aldi.

Kaufland or not, I always go there to stock up on the offers and really save a lot of money over the year.

But the bottom line is that we really shouldn't buy anything at all from the Blick...there's something stuck to it everywhere 🤫😉

Kaufland is a red rag for me and I get aggressive. Although I'm otherwise a very peaceful person.
I have a history of this, perhaps a trauma. So, my dears, I ask for your understanding

@Tenbagger2024 We all have our red cloths, so don't worry about it 😉 and in the end there is a part of truth in it, but still everything is somewhere, somehow afflicted and you shouldn't buy anything anymore 😘
