@Allan- I don't know what's wrong with you, I can walk comfortably through the pedestrian zone here, shout "Fuck you Merz" and nothing will happen to me... Just shout "Fuck you Muhammad bin Zayid Al Nahyan" out loud in Dubai and see what happens... The difference might surprise you
